A number of friends have asked me how I think the presidential election will turn out. Let me not beat around the bush (heh, heh, pun intended): Kerry will win with over 300 electoral votes. I predict Kerry will keep every one of the states Gore won in 2000, but he will also pick up New Hampshire, Florida, and Nevada. Bush will take Ohio--either outright or through stealing it (probably the latter). But it's becoming clear that the Bush presidents can't seem to last longer than one term (perhaps because they're such jerks?).

Will I be right? Well, I usually am. But I am happy to admit error and hear "I told you so's" from those of you who disagree with this prediction. Just hold your fire until November 3 (or later, depending if we have another contested election....).
